Saying goodbye to my mom, Hermina Irene Novak, was a meaningful and delicate time for our family, and the care we received from Slavik Funeral Home meant more than words can express. From our first conversation to the final service, every detail was handled with professionalism, grace, and sincere empathy.
The staff was not only efficient and organized but also genuinely kind and caring. A special thanks to the team, led by Jeff and Crystal, whose calm presence and heartfelt service guided us through each step with care. Their polished approach never felt impersonal — instead, it reflected a deep respect for both my mother’s life and our family's grief. They anticipated our needs, honored our wishes, and made sure that nothing was overlooked.
We are forever grateful for the way they helped us celebrate and remember Hermina with dignity, warmth, and love. Thank you, Slavik Funeral Home, for walking alongside us with such compassion.
With deepest gratitude,
Lee Novak
We were saddened to hear that Mrs. Woodring had passed away. Mrs. Woodring was a lifelong Catholic who practiced her faith. We know that many people will miss her. May God bless the entire Woodring family during your time of loss. We will be praying for the repose of Mrs. Woodring' s soul.
I want to thank you for your kindness and consideration with the way that you managed the memorial service for my grandmother when she passed in March of 2020. Russell, the director, was very polite and caring and responded quickly when I called.
I want to thank you for the love and compassion you showed during the loss of my dad Ernest Mutina. God bless yall
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
